By accessing or using OpenADeal ("the Platform"), whether as a visitor or a brand representative ("User"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

OpenADeal provides a dynamic bidding directory where brands list promotional deals and bids for visibility rank. We act as a marketplace provider, connecting brands with shoppers. OpenADeal is not a party to any contract between shoppers and brands, and does not sell the products or services advertised.

3. Brand Responsibilities

Brands placing bids agree that they are solely responsible for:

The accuracy, legality, and validity of the deals they publish.
Honoring the coupon codes, redemption links, and promotions as listed.
Providing accurate contact information and credentials for logins.

4. Payments and Bids

All bidding payments are securely processed via Dodo Payments. Once a checkout session is completed and the corresponding listing goes live, all bids and top-ups are strictly non-refundable. Users acknowledge that bid positions are dynamic and may change as other brands participate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenADeal and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including outbid states, coupon failures, or brand transaction disputes.
